This little project was just the result of a quick afternoon of boredom. I live in a little village called Concord, and being a little town they don’t have very many resources to commit to a branding campaign so I decided to put together a couple of pieces that pay homage to my little hometown.
That image above is a photograph of my nephew that I took near his house. He is one of the best models I know and did a great job posing for me. I chose to edit the photos in black and white because it harkens back to an earlier, similar time, which offers some great contrasts with my choice of constructing a very angular modern logo for the town.
All of these images were shot by me, edited in photoshop. The graphics were produced in Adobe Illustrator.
